How to change layout of template to the layout the tags use

Hi... in the template the layout of the category view is image, then title, then text...
but the tag layout is more 'blog' layout style with image title on top and image on the left of the article...

How can I make it for either the whole template or even a specific layout, e.g. the primary or secondary count in the multiple category selection?

You are talking about K2 layouts yes ? The only way is to modify k2 blog layout code which you can find in root/templates/gk_twn2/html/com_k2
