Message for 404 Page

Hi,
I tested 404 page for TWNII template, and I have two questions:

1. how I can correct message marked with red arrow? There is nor text which is in language file. (TPL_GK_LANG_CONTACT_WEBMASTER)

2. How I can translate text marked with blue arrow? (THE REQUESTED RESOURCE WAS NOT FOUND)

I am not sure if you tried to attach an image but I am not sure what your RED arrow is pointing to at this stage.

I believe what you are trying to amend on your 'Error 404' page is the 'text' presented? is this correct?
