Missing module positions

The demo for this template (http://demo.gavick.com/joomla16/jul2011 ... -positions) shows left1, left2 and also right1,right2 module positions, but they are not in the template.

I have the latest version as far as I know, here are the details from the templateDetails.xml file:

There is only a single left and right, please advise. I am running Joomla 2.55.

This are the same positions but with different names :

lef_left = left1
left_right = left2
right_left = right1
right_right = right2
