Hi,

I love the template and ahve finished everything except for this rss feed issue I am having. I put 8 feeds on the bottom of my site and made sure they could all work correctly etc. Once finished I enabled the file cache in the configuration of Joomla. When I went back to the site they are all blank.

If I go into Joomla admin and clear the cache they will appear for 1 page view and then vanish when you come back to the home page.

Here is the site: http://www.trackpads.com/news

Thinking I had done something to cause this I installed a second news site with the quickstart again and made no changes to the site or admin. http://www.trackpads.com/demo/ . However, as you can see with the Feed Test module in the mainbody top position it fails to lead as well with cache on.

This would seem to be a bug with the actual quickstart package and any help you can be to solve this is appreciated.

Thanks,

-Jason

I have confirmed that this only happens with the file cache. I installed xcache and they are working fine.

You have enabled default Joomla cache or our cache plugin ? The configuration process you can find at our wiki because default Joomla should be disable if you use our template.

Please configure cache according to our wiki tutorial and don't use any external cache plugins. This configuration is the only way to use cache with our templates.
