Images Not Showing

I used joomla "Custom HTML" Module and l inserted an image into it. It used to work.

Now when l clear the cache and purge, as soon as l open the page all the images show..When l reload the page l don't see the image again.

But once l clear the catch and purge, l see the image

What could be the problem
