Hi,

A few days ago I built a test system of an existing site and installed the standard TWNII template and associated gk plugins and modules. Unfortunately the installation has a ton of issues which are preventing the use of the gavick TWN2 template.

The system is built on J2.5.4 Platform 11.4.0 php 5.2.17 with JCE 2.1.3 using FF 12 and IE 8 as browsers.

The core and gk caching systems have all been disabled.

The only changes to the default template are some minor edits which have been applied to the override.css.

There are too many issues to mention so I shall mention the ones which are total show stoppers. On the test build there are pages which use the old template with the same menu and module configurations as the TWN2 template, and they all function correctly on the old template.

The first issues is with the smart search module which is installed in the same position as the GK demo. If you edit an article the header gets totally screwed, and the editor is not functional - JCE or any other.

If the smart search is removed and you edit the same article the header remains intact but the editor still fails to function. With JCE the editor toggle isn't present on the page either.

There is also an installation of Kunena, when adding or editing a post the editor isn't functional.

There is an installation of blast chat which should load in an iFrame. The only thing that loads is the blastchat credits at the foot of the frame. This functions correctly using the old template.

The predictive search drop down function of the smart search module doesn't function using the TWN2 template, while it functions correctly using the old template.

The news show pro GK4 module loads the articles correctly but the article scroll/pagination doesn't function. It works perfectly well using the old template.

The GK register module is a total nonstarter due to script errors. A similar feature on the old template works as expected.

Here's an the error report using IE

If one of the gavick team have any suggestions which may help resolve these problems they would be much appreciated. If you have some time and would like to take a look at the site I can provide admin access and the development site location via PM.

Thanks in advance.
