problem with a category image

hello. I have problem with a image of category. I don`t know why but image are blurred.
I dont know what and where I should to change to make it lookong clear /good

This images are 100px width, but are being resized to display bigger, this is why it gets blurry. Please simply use a bigger image at least 183.3px as it's configured in K2 settings right now.

Exacly as we told. Some images are too small (the blurry one). Minimum width for category image should be 183.3px, but some got not more than 100px. Replace them with bigger image and it will not be blurry anymore.

and the problem is that I use a image with 800x600px (when I create new category or subcategory I have a 2 tabs "describtion" and "image or ilustraction" <-- differetn translations; I use tab ilustratnion and i`m chosing file from hard disk, save and that`s all - but image is blured ) so thats is problem for me - I think that I should to chenge some file but I don`t know witch...

so via ftp i can reupload all images and now every thing is ok. i do not know why when i using option to upload image in admin menu it is generates me a miniature - it is quite strange but now i can reupload all blurred files
