Why is this happening on the template

Hi i am very puzzled at what is happening. At the moment i am getting duplicate pages while using k2. With k2, you need to have a category and then you need to assign a menu position to that category.

so for example i have tesco special offers category and then i have to link a menu to that category, such as here http://www.in2town.co.uk/news/tesco-special-offers so i can put adverts on the side and articles etc.

so here is an article to that category http://www.in2town.co.uk/news/tesco-special-offers/tesco-special-offer-to-customers-gives-them-ten-pounds-free

but my problem is, the category position is showing up in google as above and here http://www.in2town.co.uk/news/tesco-special-offers and is showing all the articles in that category on one page. i really do not want this to happen as now i am getting dupliate pages and this is damaging my rankings.

so when i have an article in that section that i am hoping to rank high, it is not because it is being duplicated.

it seems to be some sort of cache issue, not sure, having major problems with cache. for example, when i put new articles on, they do not show unless i clear the cache on the site and then have to clear recent history on my computer. getting lots of complaints from people saying they come to my site and they have to clear their recent history. losing visitors because of it and now i have this problem where the site breaks.
