Some problems with TWN2

1. In top of website appear the message when I installed TWN2 v.2.8 Template

Notice: Undefined variable: tpl_name in /web/htdocs/www.***/templates/gk_twn2/lib/gk.framework.php on line 228


2. Links don't open when I disabled mainbody.

Can be an itemid problem, but when I delete the finish of url "&Itemid=100116", I can access.
