Where to put the alexa scrict

I have installed the world news II (joomla ner 2.5) and I dont know where to insert the alexa script. I have tried to the blocks/head.php but it does not work

I have performed the change at default and now I m taking the following message

"Your site is only 57% covered.
We scanned 9,518 pages and found 4,060 pages missing the Certify Code"

any suggestion ?
