log in, log out 404 error.. nedd help

Hy, i have problem with the login/out. Every time user login/out on the site sistem first show this 404 error mesage:
LOG IN
Not Found
The requested URL /&Itemid=1 was not found on this server.
Apache/2.2.22 (FreeBSD) PHP/5.3.10 with Suhosin-Patch mod_ssl/2.2.22 OpenSSL/0.9.8q Server at topguze.com Port 80

I guess that problem is in some plugin (maybe jomsoc?)... but i need help to solve it!
