Reduce logo height

Hi all. Using the News 2, I want to reduce the height of the logo module.

According to the module positions sheet for the News 2, there is a 'logo' module position, but I can't find it. Changing the height of a custom logo is easy enough, but the Top Menus stay where they are - I want to move the whole page up, therefore reducing the current 150px of logo space to, say, 80 or 100.

Logo is not a menu position. This is why its in a different color on the scheme. Please show me Your site.
