Please edit: /templates/gk_finance_business/css/override.css and add at its end:

#gkPageTop {background: transparent url(../images/my_image_file.jpg) 50% 0 no-repeat;}


This will load file "my_image_file.jpg" placed inside /templates/gk_finance_business/images/ folder as background.

Remember to enable "CSS override" in template settings - advanced section.
