JCE - Frontend is not compatible with the template

Hello everybody,
We use the the JCE Editor and the template Financial Business.
I have a problem:

I took the Profile: "Front End" which is in the backend.
The look in teh frontend is...very strange....
the place between the icon-lines is big, and all icons are there, although I blocked some of them...

Is it a table-problem???
