Image/Width and height you can change in module settings you can also disable keep aspect ratio feature to stretch image, please just open module configuraiton.

Maybe you've changed module configuration ? Or just column width in template settings ?

Could you provide me access details via PM ? Probably you don't change image size inside Image Show GK4 module or select to keep aspect ratio option.
