News Show Pro GK4 thumbnails not showing in IE

Hi,

My website http://masibus.com is not showing properly on Internet Explorer. I am using IE-7. The problem is, on the home page, the thumbnail images for news show pro module is not showing. Also, the images in the header slider (Image Show) is too much time to load (much longer than other browsers.

Please help! This is urgent!
