mobile menu - no access to top level link

I've just noticed that the mobile menu does not let a user access the top level link, only the sub-nav.

Is this just a modification to the css that is needed?

It's because we do not implement dropdown menu style for mobile layout to improve its performance so we use css menu style instead, therefore in order to access submenu items, after clicking on their main menu item the link shouldn't redirect but the subnav should be displayed. If you want to access the main menu items, just click twice.
