New menu module position on the left of userarea

Hi,

I have 2 issues.

Number 1
On my test site http://masibustest.in i want to have a menu just on the left of userarea (login/register button) at the top. It should look just like the menu in the "footer_nav" position. With the help of documentation i created a new module position between logo and user area but now when i insert a menu, the top section layout goes for a toss. The menu items appear vertically. But I want a horizontal menu like in the footer. with the same color and style. I believe this can be done through css. But what code to use and to add it where?

Number 2
I want the header slider (image show pro GK4) to be full width and don't want header 2 position at all. But when i deactivate header 2 module and keep the image size 1002 pixels (full width) the header images still don't become full width. Images appear only till the length of the slideshow caption in the bottom. Is there anyway to make image show pro gk4 appear full width even without any text?
