I´m pretty sure that I have to use the setting: -->Main Body - FrontPage = mainbody only to show up ONLY modules on frontpage, right?

I have the gk image modul on banner1 and 3 modules on user 1, user 2 and user 3 and it looks like the image attached on this post called: no-mainbody. But it should look like the image attached to this post called: look_like_this

How to delete the mainbody from frontpage to show up only modules? This is the red marked area that should be deleted.

I tried it with override.css:

#gkMainbodyWrap{
display:none;}

but this disaboles the mainbody for the whole template. How to just achive it to disable the mainbody area from frontpage? How to assign the override.css for only the frontpage or the frontpage menuitem?

Please let me know as this is realy important for me

Additional:

With firefox browser it looks like the pictures attached in my last post.

BUT: with the IE it looks fine for the mainbody!!!!!

BUT: The gk Image slideshow is not loading with the IE 9

IT COULD BE THE CASE THAT IS IS THE GK IMAGE MODUL THAT DISTURBS THE CORRECT VIEW!!

ANY HELP YOULD BE EXTREMELY HELPFULL!!!

To disable mainbody only only on frontpage you need to go to template settings, open first tab and choose option 'Component only', if you check our wiki you will find description for this features - please here is article about basic template settings >> https://www.gavick.com/documentation/joomla-templates/templates-for-joomla-1-6/gavern-framework/gavern-framework-page-layout-part-1/

this is not the problem! It seems that the problem occurs by the slideshow as for other slideshow presets it works better. So, how to solve this?

Did ypo read my post????

"Additional:

NO SLIDESHOW LOADING IN IE 9 AND in FF THE IMAGES ARE TAKEN TO THE RIGHT.

Seems that IE 9 is not supporting and FF latest version also. Is this called modern coding?

Just wondering how to solve this??
