Problem with cyrillic letters when tranlsating - News Show

I try to tranlsate into Russian some labels in News Show Pro GK4 as advised here https://www.gavick.com/forums/financial ... 16234.html But labels are not displayed properly - please see attached picture. I used Notepad++ to change labels. What is done wrong?
