I have follow the article of configure multilingual in Gavick templates (https://www.gavick.com/documentation/questions/configuration-multilanguage-site-with-joomla-1-7). Everything works well excepts the home menu item.

It is not possible to translate the home menu item for the languages I have created. I attach several screen-shots for better understanding.

Thanks,

Iván

Check it now please, I think it's alright now. I have cloned the template twice, each for 1 language, go to template manager to see.

Cheers,

Hi,

It is working now correctly!

It could be a good choice to include this in the documentation for other users (
https://www.gavick.com/documentation/questions/configuration-multilanguage-site-with-joomla-1-7)

Thank you very much,

Iván

Yes I thought the same, will ask our document writer to update that guide.

Let me know if you need any other assistance.

Have a nice day, Ivan.
