How to change some labels?

How do I change labels on startiing (home) page of Fin Buisness template?

- Read more
- Prev/Next
- Login/Register
- View item (this is not on home page).

Is it possible to have different labels if I set up multilangual site? If yes, how can I do this?

You are probably talking about News Show Pro.
You need to translate the following file ../language/en-GB/en-GB.mod_news_pro_gk4.ini

First copy this file and paste inside your native language directory, them rename language prefix and you can start making your translation.
For "Login/Register" the process is the same with the following file:
../language/en-GB/en-GB.tpl_gk_finance_business.ini

A lot of English words still remains on the site. Not only read more, but also featured, leave comment and so forth.

Where excactly do I change this. and what is prefix? What does that means. I have the Danish language file isn't that enough?

Yes, only 1 file is not enough because I've checked in default language folder (en-GB) and seen that there are 96 files there, you need to copy all of them to your language folder and translate all to get all the site translated.
