Problem with displayed in Chrome and Safari browsers.

Good day!
Now I have a problem with displaying a site in the Internet browsers "Saffari" and "Chrome".
1. The logo is not displayed correctly. The logo displaing very big. site - medconference.com.ua
2. The settings of tamplate dont change in admin panel. I think problem with joomla version or tamplate version.
I use joomla 2.5.4
sql version chema DB 2.5.4-2012-03-19, version udate 2.5.4 driver DB mysqli.

I have checked your template backend and found a javascript error that may cause the issue as well:

oadbtn is null
[Break On This Error]    

loadbtn.addEvent('click', function(e) {


But I have no idea how come it appears that error, can you please try reinstalling/upgrading your template first?
