Multiple Colums in Menu's Groups

Hi!
I'm building a website based on the Financial Business Template for Joomla! 2.5. Everything is great, but I have a doubt about the Menu. Let me try to explain it:
I have a menu item with a lot of grouped items, the problem is the grouped items are too many. (image attached)

I wish I could break apart each of those 2 groups in 2 or 3 colums each, is there a way to do it?

Why don't you duplicate second item "SETORES" and make a copy of it and split links in between the two.

Hi! I wish I could make another column without repeating the title at least (because it might look a little awkward. Is there another way to do it?
