Hooks connected with the document:
- gavernwp_doctype used to generate doctype declaration e.g. HTML 5 doctype ( placed in layouts/header.php file)
- gavernwp_html_attributes used to generate <html> tag attributes (placed in layouts/header.php file)
- gavernwp_title standard function used to generate the page title (placed in layouts/header.php file)
- gavernwp_metatags used to generate metatags e.g. Open Graph, Gavern SEO metatags (placed in layouts/header.php file)
- gavernwp_fonts generates Gavern fonts (placed in layouts/header.php file)
- gavernwp_ie_scripts generates scripts connected with IE browsers (placed in layouts/header.php file)
- gavernwp_head used to generate the code at the end of the <head> section (placed in layouts/header.php file)
