Many people ask us: “What to choose K2 or Joomla 3.x Standard Content” ? There’s really no right answer to this question, it depends what features you really need.
Since Joomla! 3.x became stable version it almost “kill” K2 component, because now it have the Tags feature – controlled via the Tags component. I’ve made small comparison (advantages/disadvantages) of features of both K2 (getk2.org) and Joomla 3.x.
