Using the Chrome Remote Desktop

You can use Chrome to invite someone to access your computer remotely, using the Chrome Remote Desktop BETA app from the Chrome Web Store. This is useful when you need help solving a computer problem (If you are IT Admin who would need to check and troubleshoot), but the person you’d like to get help from isn’t physically nearby.

Secure connection between computers can be made if both have the Chrome with plugin. Not required to send any invitations, just the code that the consent to share the computer. A great advantage of the Remote Desktop window, Chrome is supports multiple operating systems: Windows, Mac OS X, Linux and Chrome OS.

Simplifications in the browser-tool have one drawback. In the current version does not allow an application to remotely connect to your computer turned on – always needed is a person who will generate and supply the code.

Although the current version of Chrome Remote Desktop for now offers only the most basic function and may become unstable, but it is worth to test the new solution. It seems to be very promising tool.
