Primetime – a solution for placing ads in video content from Adobe

At the conference, IAB Annual Leadership Summit and at the Mobile World Congress Adobe presented a solution to the working codename Project Primetime to publish video content and placement of their ads on different platforms.

The Project Primetime, is industry’s first fully integrated video technology platform that will offer television-esque viewing sessions across your web-enabled devices. It will allow to place ads on videos designed for mobile devices available on the Internet just as smooth as on television. This new product can provide the highest quality and consistency of video content and advertising content across all major platforms, such as Apple iOS, Google Android, PC operating systems or even Samsung SmartTVs.

Primetime allows you to create a work environment that combines Adobe streaming technologies, protection of content and tools for analysis and optimization of recently acquired by video ad platform Auditude. Ads are placed in the materials played linearly, either live or on demand, in a variety of mobile devices. An integral part of the solution is a package of Primetime Adobe Digital Marketing Suite.

In the first phase, Adobe provides Primetime Highlights – a solution integrates a Web-based video clip editor with Adobe Auditude, enabling a single workflow for creating and monetizing live video clips on the fly.
Video clips can be shared through a video player built on the Adobe mobile application or website.

Publishers of video content can now begin to publish video clips on the iPads, and other platforms to be supported later this year.
