How to add a weather map on a web page?

According to the statistics, it appears that the weather app is one of the most frequently downloaded applications on smartphones. Also, websites are not worse and have their own weather modules.

Beacuse Google silently killed popular weather API in August 2012, with the result that all weather apps & modules relied on it suddenly stopped working everywhere. Why Google has shut down its weather API without a word? Nobody knows.

There are a few things you can do to try to fix the problem. Fortunately for all of us, there are other players in the Weather API marketplace. Here’s a list of 26 of them. Some developers like we offer alternative weather services such as Yahoo in weather module. In Weather GK4 (http://www.gavick.com/weather-gk4.html) we’ve removed all options connected with old Google API, now only the Yahoo! Weather API is available (since v1.6). This module allows you to display weather forecast from any place in the world you wish with a great ease. It is displayed in the form of images and text coming from Yahoo! Weather.

Why module is better than the widget downloaded from popular website? Because does not include inbound links from it.
