New technologies are emerging for the contents of web browsers are leaving some behind. The blame can not be attributed to those who develop these technologies but who develops Web browsers and end users, not to monitor the change and needs. Examples of these limitations can be found in versions 6, 7 or IE 8.
Google, in an effort to get over this problem and give users all the IE features that require the sites has been developing Chrome Frame. This software was in Beta and now is mature enough to lose this designation.
Google Chrome Frame is a plug-in for Internet Explorer and allows its users to have access to technologies developed in the Open Web and the Chrome JavaScript engine this fast.
According to Google Chrome Frame can be used to:
- Make faster surfing the Web – sites that use Google Chrome Frame have a higher response capacity.
- Take advantage of more advanced features – With Chrome Frame, the sites offer you new features based on open technologies.
- Browse the web as you always did – Google Chrome Frame works in the background with your current browser.
By losing the designation Beta, Google Chrome Frame reaches maturity and robustness required for use by all users who need your help. Of the many improvements that were implemented starting stand three times faster on Windows 7 and Vista, and resolving conflicts with other plugins.
Thanks to the ease of implementing the support for Google Chrome Frame in the code of web pages, sites like DeviantART, Hootsuite and github are already available to its visitors this feature. Like its predecessors, also Google has already implemented the support for Google Chrome Frame in some of their services.
This form will be maintained when the compatibility of support services for older browsers is discontinued. It is however important and necessary that the websites have enabled support for Google Chrome Frame.
As it has been applied in the case of Google Chrome, Frame also available in three versions. The Stable, Beta and Dev.
It seems to us that the strength of older browsers still being felt, as to be developed technologies that make them compatible with the latest of which will come up. It’s just fear of the market share it lost in the services or is an effort to standardize the use of the Internet?
