Adobe’s Tom Barclay, senior product manager for the Adobe Creative Suite business, tells that, for now, the primary use case for Wallaby is converting simple Flash banner ads into something iOS users can see. They choose HTML5 because this language will be appropriate for any WebKit-based mobile browser. By the way, Android’s default browser is also built on WebKit. More information and dowload file you will find on this page: http://labs.adobe.com/technologies/wallaby/

Adobe knows that HTML5 will eventually render Flash useless for most of its current applications. They also knows that without HTML5 can lose it over and worked for many years, leadership positions, because this type of action is to save them. Wallaby project – if it is expanded and improved, only facilitate the transition from one technology to another. The main reason for migration are just mobile devices, the market is still dominated by Apple, also thanks to the million-selling new products with the logo of an apple, with the latest iPad at the helm.
