Even our support teams continually strive to develop their knowledge to become even more effective at providing solutions quickly and clearly in our support forum, creating in-depth guides to tackle the most challenging and oft-requested customizations, and helping our customers with account issues and providing information on our services and how they work; we think it’s safe to say that we’re a quality service provider.

New domain limit policy
The first issue we wanted to address is domain limits; many Joomla developers limit the number of domains that their products may be used on, and we’re no exception. However, since our WordPress subscriptions carried no domain limits due to the license type, we feel that our loyal Joomla customers and users have lost out. For this reason, from now, we are abolishing domain limits entirely, right across the board. Every one of our subscriptions will now include unlimited domains, whether Joomla or WordPress, Personal or Developer. When we say abolish, we really mean it; it will no longer be necessary for domains to be registered with us on our site, as we trust our users to act in an honest manner.
When choosing a subscription from now on, you should make your decision based on the level of support you require, and how long you would like to have access to our Joomla templates or WordPress themes and their respective updates. Remember, with a new template and theme released monthly there’s always something new right around the corner!
Pricing changes for the Developer subscription
Since we have removed all domain limits from our subscriptions, our Developer subscription now offers only one main difference to our other subscription types; the level of support you receive. Direct ticket support from our developers themselves is an excellent benefit, but we don’t think it’s reasonable to charge an additional €100 on top of our Lifetime subscription for this benefit. That’s why, from this moment, our Developer subscription will be offered for the amazingly low price of €129.
Money-back guarantee
We’re confident that our services provide excellent value for money, so we’ve also decided to make a big change to our refund policy. Previously, refunds were only permitted when our Joomla templates or WordPress themes failed to work; when they didn’t perform the function they were built for. Now, to reassure our potential customers that they are getting the best products with the best value for money possible, we’re offering a quibble-free money-back guarantee; if you’re not satisfied with our products you can ask for a refund within the first 7 days of your subscription, and you’ll get it.
