Not install Your shop template in joomla 1.5

When i install a your shop template in joomla 1.5 it give an error like

XML Parsing Error at 1:1. Error 4: Not well-formed (invalid token)
It was not possible to copy the selected file.
JInstaller::install: Failed to copy file: /mnt/target04/349803/www.searcelabs.com/web/content/tmp/install_52385ecad3bec/gk_yourshop/en-GB.tpl_gk_yourshop.ini to /mnt/target04/349803/www.searcelabs.com/web/content/language/en-GB/en-GB.tpl_gk_yourshop.ini

Why this error occur and i am not able to set virtuemart top level product category as a menu name.
So, please me on this

Hi,

Did you tried to redownload the package? Because the error can be connected with transfer errors in files.

Yes and when i install your package "gk_yourshop_rest_files_J!15.zip" it's display just loading and after it will be redirect in to the home page how i solve this problems?

I need to install your template same like your demo site of "Your Store" but just change is that display my website products not yours
