breadcrumbs : changing : you are here

Hello,
my website will be in french and so i want to change the item in breadcrumb:
"You are here" in eg : "Vous etes ici"
Where con i find the text, line, ... to change this

The breadcrumbs on our pages (www.mediametry.com) show:

Home » Joomla pages III » Category List » Outsource Management

How can I get rid of (at least) "Joomla pages III" and (preferably also) "Category List" as both are worthless information for users of the website.

Goto Joomla Admin > Menus > Main Menu and you will see list of main menu items

Look for Joomla Pages iii and change its name
Look for Category list change name or alias...

Above names are for demo purposes and you should of change them already anyway.
You can also use third party SEF Components which gives you more selection on how your links look or build up...
