Database errors when using Postnote J1.7 Quickstart

I have a problem with creating content categories/items:

Save failed with the following error: JTableCategory: tore failed
Duplicate entry '0' for key 'PRIMARY' SQL=INSERT INTO `slor_categories` (`parent_id`,`level`,`lft`,`rgt`,`alias`,`id`,`extension`,`title`,`note`,`description`,`published`,`access`,`params`,`metadesc`,`metakey`,`metadata`,`created_user_id`,`created_time`,`language`) VALUES ('1','1','43','44','fffff','0','com_content','fffff','','','1','1','{"category_layout":"","image":""}','','','{"author":"","robots":""}','42','2011-08-24 13:58:15','*')

Also installing components gives this problem.. (tried it both with an offline and online server).

Offline version of PHP: 5.3.5
Online version of PHP: 5.2.17

Both websites are showing up fine on the front-end.
Please help!

Problem was fixed so please redownload the packages.

you can always clear database and use joomla.sql file from the quickstart package.
