Resize VM Latest Products, Featured Products etc

Hi,

I am wondering if someone can help please?

I have added the 'VM Latest Products' module to the left-top position on my page, however the images are appearing in a very large size (300px x 300px). I am just wondering what the best way to resize these would be?
