Weird Characters in admin panel

Hi all,
I use Corporate2 j1.7 template, everythign was working fine and good, until the fb implemented the oauth 2.0 , which made me to replace the template, and i did the same and also had completed altering the css of the new template, my issue now is that i see weird character from the admin panel of my template page, all i read is like the following, please suggest how i can fix them

i am unable to read a button on tool tip properly, its all messed.

You need to download the latest version of the template to get new language file and copy/override it to: \language\en-GB\en-GB.tpl_gk_corporate2.ini
