Migrating from J1.5 to J1.7

Hello, I am migrating Joomla 1.5 site using one of your templates -Corporate 2-, to J1.7.
Used jUpgrade to get as much as possible done; have installed your v1.7 version template, but much is left to be done.

Do you have any doc on migrating templates, or at least v1.7 install docs as ingk_corporate2_documentation_J!15.zip?
