Problem with showing content

I use yours template "The World News II" on my site - http://horoscopesto.com (Joomla version 3.1.1.)
My problems are:
1. When I publish some article on front page (featured article), my site not working,
2. I have no control over layout, content continually shows in one column, no matter how I set in admin section

Please give me the exact url to examples of both problems. What do You mean that site is not working after adding article? Is the new article not visible or is Your site showing a white screen ?

Please rename /html/com_content/category to /html/com_content/_category
This should disable template design where columns are removed on purpose and use the joomla default one.

This solution may remove some styling form category page. If You want to bring some of it back than let me know with pointing to elements You would like to style.

Indeed configuration looks correctly.

Please rename /html/com_content/featured to /html/com_content/_featured and let me know if this worked please.
