Hi. Does World News and World News II templates works on Joomla 1.5?

Btw, maybe you can suggest which templates are best for News portals?
I am searching the one who would be appropriate for my site.

My 2 cents, you should use The World News II with Joomla 1.7 flatform, you know, the newer the better

Does World News II has function that you can switch to comments near by article title?
I put example in attachment so you can understand. I think its prety important feature for news portals.

hi guys... anytime i try to preview my site after installing worldnews template on joomla 1.5 and wampserver2 php 5.3, i get the following errors:
