Font resize in the world news 2 joomla 1.5

hi there i just wanted to know where to dissable font resize in joomla 1.5 , in joomla 1.7 the world news 2 is in template manager, but in jm1.5 the world news 2, i cant seem to find ????

Goto Template Manager > TWN2 > Features > Customize tools for page: in the box enter below and save.
