Field and images shifted

Having a slight issue on the Jomsocial section of this template. The Advanced Search field is misaligned and the images to expand and close (div class="app-box-menus") is not showing properly (able to see both close and open images}. Can you tell me how to correct this please? (see link: http://community.vazprep.edu.jm/index.p ... &Itemid=84)
