problem with IE8 and IE7

Hi,
I have a two problem with IE8 and IE7.
problem 1/ site: http://www.talentum.cz/profil/graph but example http://www.talentum.cz/profil/452-marta-valakova working fine.
problem 2/ in IE7 is all web broken. Width wrapper dont working.

Page have problem only with Quay template, other templates working fine.
