How to remove the gap?

the standard login form have gap between fields or link. currently, as attached login form(a), this is how my login form looks like. How to make it look like login form(b)- without gaps.

2 days but still no support. isit normal in GAVICK? just checking. coz [...] is damn fast in replying forum threads. Any member can tell me this?
