Big problem in ie7 and ie8

Any help would be appreciated - our site looks great in ff, but in ie7 or ie8 the article blog pages are a mess, take a look at this page:

Fine in FF, but all the css is screwed up in ie. Can you give us any help? Thank you...

Please show me an example what do You have in mind. I can see it quite fine in IE.
