Kunena membership? Please let us in on your secret!

I completely realize this isn't under the normal scope of this site. But, I have been doing some preliminary searches with no luck.

You guys have obviously successfully done exactly what I am looking for, so I am hoping you can at least point me in the right direction. It might be easy, but I can't find it.

I am interested in creating a membership exactly as you have done on Gavick, with a timed membership corresponding to forums access using Kunena.

As soon as the membership runs out, the access to the forums ends.

I am using YourShop and am hoping to use the included VirtueMart, if that makes a difference.
