in few website done with this template i cannot see anymore COOKIE CONSENT in the bottom of the page... why?

Hi

Which template is that ? Can I please have a look ? Are You sure it simply wasn't closed ? After closing it needs couple of days to be visible again or You can also clear cookies, to see it it will appear instantly.
