GK Contact plugin problem

Hi
I am trying to add the GK Conatct form to our site http://www.chemocookeryclub.com. I have uploaded the plugin file from the Creativity Template and it loaded okay and I completed the full information required.

I then added GKContact} as instructed then saved the page. Unfortunately the form does not appear, all that appears on the page is GKCONTACT}. See page http://chemocookeryclub.com/index.php/1 ... t-in-touch

I am sure I am doing something wrong, I just cant work out what it is.

Can anyone help/advise me?

? What typo and for that matter, what code?

Code to activate plugin should be "{GKCONTACT}", also plugin has to be enabled and configuren to work correctly.
