Hi,
I have a domain docndoc.com. Last time I purchased the theme & when I tried to upload that theme I got php update error. After that I contacted hostgator to get it updated. After updating my PHP, I again tried to update my theme, but it ended up with an error. When I contacted the hostgator team, they told me that its the problem with the coding of the theme. The error was like this " Fatal error: Call to undefined method JParameter::loadINI() in /home/docndoc/public_html/libraries/joomla/html/parameter.php on line 76.

Hoi. I have maybe stupid question, about which template we are talking about?
Besides:
1) Themes are in WP world, in Joomla are templates.
2) This error is generated by Joomla not template itself, probably this issue is after migration form J25 -> 3.4,
so first check here: http://forum.joomla.org/
