Those are our free ones available for everyone. Also all of the plugins are there.

Github is used only if you have an idea of improvement and can implement it. If you have any questions - forum is much better place.

To ask question in forum you have to be paid members, which is what most of the people interested in free templates are not.

In official free template documentation it refers to Github for support. Yet Github has only ISSUES button which is intended to be used for issues not questions as you rightly pointed out Cyberek.

Well, sorry, I forgot that world has only access to free modules on github ;).
Actually if official documentation says so - you could use issue button to ask question on github.
